At Zybiopeps, every compound we ship is independently HPLC-tested to a minimum of 99% purity with a Certificate of Analysis available for every batch. We take quality seriously at every stage — from sourcing to packaging to same-day dispatch from our US warehouse. That commitment is the foundation of our refund and return policy.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research-grade peptide compounds, all sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on a change of mind or ordering error. We strongly encourage all researchers to verify compound specifications, quantities, and pricing before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about a specific compound prior to ordering, contact us at info@zybiopeps.com and our team will assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or if you receive an incorrect compound, Zybiopeps will replace the affected item at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us at info@zybiopeps.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with the following information:
Your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier and has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zybiopeps.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and, where confirmed lost, arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
International Orders
International researchers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations in their country. Zybiopeps is not responsible for orders seized, delayed, or held by customs authorities. We strongly recommend that international buyers verify local regulations regarding the import of research compounds before placing an order. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders held or confiscated by customs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Given our same-day shipping policy, cancellation windows are extremely limited. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@zybiopeps.com with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, the standard all-sales-final policy applies.
